Course 1: Asset Tokenization & Digital Value Systems

Course Description

This course introduces participants to asset tokenization as a transformative economic and innovation tool. Students will explore how physical and intangible assets—such as land, agriculture output, intellectual property, real estate, creative works, and community projects—can be digitally represented, fractionalized, and managed using secure digital frameworks.

• Foundations of tokenization and digital asset ecosystems
• Practical use cases for Africa: land, agriculture, SMEs, and creative economies
• Legal, ethical, and governance considerations (regulatory awareness)

Course 2: AgriTech Futures—Transforming Agriculture Through Innovation

Course Description

This course examines how technology can revolutionize agriculture, strengthen food security, and create scalable agribusiness opportunities. Participants will explore how digital tools, data, and automation can modernize traditional farming practices while honoring local knowledge and sustainability.
