Carolina Christian College has launched new accelerated degree programs.

The Accelerated Degree Program is a non-traditional accelerated program designed to provide busy working adults with an opportunity to complete a college degree and earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree or an Associate of Arts Degree.

The Accelerated Degree Program is designed for adult students who already have approximately two or more years of college credit. 

In this accelerated format, adult students attend class one night a week on a year-round basis, which provides the opportunity to complete a degree in about two years. 

The program is designed to bring a new level of leadership effectiveness and ministry skills to those desiring to make a difference in their church, communities, and world.

Some of the program benefits include:

ü       The opportunity to complete your degree without interrupting your career – classes meets just one night a week and will meet the same night for the entire Program.

 

ü       The opportunity to take one class at a time - you do not have to balance several courses at a time.

 

ü       The opportunity to be in a small class of approximately a dozen people with whom you will advance through the Program together and with whom you will experience support, friendship and encouragement.

 

ü       The opportunity to use dynamic instructional Student Guides, all with the same format, that give extensive guidance to promote academic excellence.

 

ü       The opportunity as a motivated adult to take responsibility of demonstrating the learning that has occurred to the instructor – no pressure of having to memorize.

 

ü       The opportunity to be enjoy an interactive, participatory seminar type learning experience encouraging you to bring the knowledge you have acquired and past practical experience into the classroom.

 

ü       The opportunity to earn college credit for learning acquired through ministry, work, military training, vocational training, and technical skills.

 

ü       The opportunity to learn from experienced and well-trained instructors from a distinctively Christian perspective.

 

ü       The opportunities to encounter new possibilities – new careers and even graduate school.

 

Because the program is recognized by the Department of Education, students can apply for Federal Financial Aid and Pell Grants.
